Day 11 (12/7/09)

Breakfast (10.45am) : Protein Shake + Fiber Drink

Lunch (2pm) : 1/2 portion rice with chicken + milo

Dinner (8pm) : rice with vege soup and pork + Herbal tea + rambutan and longan!

i didnt have ice cream today.. hahaha

  3. at the rate i am eating.. hell no.. hahaha would be lucky if i didnt put on additional weight...
