Breakfast (10am): 2 x F Cup Cookies + 2 Breakfast bar...... stress.
Lunch (2pm): Chicken + Vege Rice
Dinner (9pm): Fish, Vege, and CRABS!!!! ... fattening, but YUM YUM!
