Breakfast (6.30am): Sculpt Protein Drink
Lunch (12.30 pm): Pork Bee Hoon Soup
Dinner (5pm): Rice with Chicken, Pork and Vege + RAMBUTANS!!

Exercise: 25 mins Walk + 20 mins cycle machine
