Day 28, 28/7/2009 Tuesday

this is a good day for me. best i keep it up..

breakfast (8 am): papaya + apple
snack (11am): herbalife protein shake
lunch (3pm): 1/2 portion rice + chicken masala + chili squid + spinach + ice tea
dinner (9pm): herbalife protein shake + papaya + apple

exercise: body jam, body combat, 100 golf balls at driving range
