Breakfast (10.45am) : Protein Shake + Fiber Drink
Lunch (2pm) : 1/2 portion rice with chicken + milo
Dinner (8pm) : rice with vege soup and pork + Herbal tea + rambutan and longan!
i didnt have ice cream today.. hahaha
