Day 10 (saturday 11/7/09)

I'm getting the days mixed up.. haha.. I think i'll put the dates on the title..

Brunch (1pm): Vegetarian Mix Rice
Dinner (9pm): Obrien's Sandwich (some chicken foldover)
Post Workout Feel Good Treat (10pm): Lecka Lecka Peppermint Ice Cream :P

Exercise: Threadmill 30 minutes
