Day 33, 2/8/2009 Sunday

fattening, fattening day

Breakfast 11 am: Protein Shake
Lunch 4pm: Rice + Chicken + Vege
Dinner 8pm: Pizza Hut (Pizza, soup, mouthfuls of spagetti and cheese baked rice, 2 chicken wings...)


Exercise: 30 minutes threadmill
